a <br />THE CITY OF <br />L~Ef~S~4NTONo CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />October 16, 2007 <br />Public Works Department <br />TITLE: ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACTS 7430 AND <br />7432, IRONWOOD DEVELOPMENT (PONDEROSA HOMES) <br />SUMMARY <br />Tracts 7430 and 7432 of the Ironwood Development (Busch Property) are, respectively, <br />31 and 30 lot single-family residential subdivisions developed by Ponderosa Homes II, <br />Inc., located between Busch Road and Mohr Avenue and between Kamp Drive and the <br />City's Operations Service Center. The public improvements for these two subdivisions <br />are complete and are ready for formal acceptance by the City. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />1. Accept for normal maintenance the public improvements for Tracts 7430 and <br />7432, Ironwood Development (Busch Property) listed below. <br />2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />There will be nominal costs associated with the routine maintenance of water lines, <br />sanitary sewers, storm drains, and roadway facilities when the public improvements are <br />accepted. <br />
