a-Aa-:103. The project developer and/or owner/contractor shall submit a refundable <br />cash bond for hazard and erosion control prior to issuance of an Engineering <br />permit. The amount of this bond will be determined by the City Engineer. <br />X104. The project developer shall dedicate to the City for street right-of-way <br />purposes those parcels of land intended to be public streets. <br />X105. The project developer shall grant an easement to the City over those <br />parcels needed for public service easements (P.S.E.) and which are approved by <br />the City Engineer or other easements, which may be designated by the City <br />Engineer. <br />a-A4-:106. The design for the line, grade, and structural sections for the streets <br />serving this development shall be subject to final review and approval by the City <br />Engineer. <br />~-:107. The haul route for all materials to and from this development and the <br />individual lots shall be approved by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of an <br />encroachment permit. <br />a-A6~:108. Storm drainage swales, gutters, inlets, outfalls, and channels not within <br />the area of a dedicated public street or public service easement approved by the <br />City Engineer shall be privately maintained by an HOA or GRAD to the <br />satisfaction of the City. <br />t~-109. The design of the water supply and sanitary sewer systems shall be <br />subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer. <br />a-A~110. Approval of the storm drainage system shall be subject to the review and <br />approval of the City Engineer and Zone 7, where applicable. The storm drainage <br />system shall connect to an approved point of discharge and shall meet any and <br />all applicable requirements of the Alameda County Flood Control District - <br />Zone 7, the Federal Emergency Management Flood Hazard Program, the <br />California Department of Fish and Game, and the requirements of this <br />development. <br />a-A-111. Electric power distribution, gas distribution, communication service, cable <br />television, and any required alarm systems shall be installed underground in a <br />joint utility trench approved by the City Engineer. <br />X8:112. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction on the <br />subject property including the individual lots shall be repaired to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer at full expense to the project developer.
