CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-496 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH AMADOR VALLEY JOINT <br /> UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION <br /> EASEMENT FOR SYCAMORE WATER RESERVOIR <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Amador Valley Joint Union <br /> High School District, regarding a temporary construction <br /> easement regard Sycamore Water Reservoir, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 17, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None EjNN~~T~~H~~i~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: .... <br /> R.
