9. The applicant shall obtain all necessary approvals from the Department of Alcoholic <br />Beverage Control prior to serving alcohol from the bar. <br />10. The applicant shall pay any and all fees to which the use may be subject prior to issuance <br />of building permits and/or occupancy.
