Resolution No. PC-2006-37 <br />Page Four <br />any other condition inconsistent with the objectives of this chapter, and the third <br />finding can be made. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is consistent with <br />the appearance of the existing buildings in the area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PDR-458 AND PV-152, the application of Norman Cornett/Peak <br />Property Main Street, LLC, for. (1) design review approval to construct an <br />approximately 3,896-square-foot, two-story addition to the Kolln Hardware <br />building located at 600 Main Street and to relocate and restore the two easterly <br />one-story structures; and (2) a variance from the Pleasanton Municipal Code to <br />reduce the number of required parking spaces for this project by four spaces, <br />subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit B, attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
