Resolution No. PC-2006-36 <br />Page Two <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PDR-458/PV-152, the <br />application of Norman Cornett/Peak Property Main Street, LLC, for: (1) design <br />review approval to construct an approximately 3,896-square-foot, two-story <br />addition to the Kolln Hardware building located at 600 Main Street and to <br />relocate and restore the two easterly one-story structures; and (2) a variance from <br />the Pleasanton Municipal Code to reduce the number of required parking spaces <br />for this project by four spaces. <br />Section 2. Finds that the proposed project will have a de minimus impact on the site's <br />wildlife. <br />Section 3.
