Resolution No. PC-2006-29 <br />Page Three <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PCUP-163, the application of Gayle Thomas/Tommy T's Comedy <br />Club and Restaurant for a conditional use permit to establish a comedy club with <br />a restaurant and bar to be located at 5104 Hopyard Road, subject to the conditions <br />shown in Exhibit B, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
