applicability of the Personnel Rules of the City of <br /> Pleasanton to management and confidential employees who <br /> are not exempt from said Rules. <br /> <br /> Section 8: The salary and supplementary benefits set forth in <br /> this Resolution shall be the only compensation for the <br /> positions set forth in Exhibits A and B hereto and there <br /> shall be no right to receive benefits contained in any <br /> Memoranda of Understanding with the City's recognized <br /> employee organizations which are not included in the <br /> salaries and supplementary benefits set forth herein. <br /> It is the City Council's intention that there shall be <br /> mutual exclusivity between the compensation plans set <br /> forth in this resolution and the items contained in <br /> Memoranda of Understanding. <br /> <br /> Section 9: If any section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, <br /> sentence, clause or phrase of this Resolution or any <br /> part thereof is for any reason held to be <br /> unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the <br /> validity of the remaining portions of this Resolution or <br /> any part thereof.
