Police. This lighting shall be maintained at the applicant's expense and shall be for the purpose of allowing property surveillance of the subject property by the Police Department. 2. That at least one adult supervisor, 21 years of age or older, shall be on duty on the premises at all times. After 6:00 p.m., there shall be at least two adult supervisors, 21 years of age or older, on duty on the premises on Fridays, Saturdays and pre-holidays; a licensed security guard may qualify as one adult supervisor. 3. That if determined necessary by the Chief of Police, the applicant shall be required to employ two adult supervisors, 21 years of age or older, or employ an additional licensed security guard during the hours and days of the week specified by the Chief of Police to supervise the premises and to patrol the parking lot area of the subject property in order to discourage loitering. 4. That the hours of operation of the game room shall be as follows: Monday through Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to midnight, and; Sunday 12:00 noon to 10:00 'p.m. Adjustments to the hours of operation will require approval of the Planning Director. 5. That the applicant be aware that the use of the premises as a game room is an A3 occupancy type which requires at least two exit doors, panic hardware on all doors, signs, etc. and that further information regarding compliance with these requirements. 6. That signs shall be posted and maintained at all seven entrance driveways to Valley Plaza and Mission Plaza, along both the Valley Avenue and Santa Rita Road frontages. Said signs shall state the enforcement of Section 21107.8 of the California Vehicle Code (CVC) on the subject premises and shall be designed and sited as prescribed in the CVC. 7. That the applicant shall maintain bicycle racks in at least two parking spaces adjacent to the entrance to the game room. The layout of the bike rack area shall be subject to approval by the Planning Director. All bikes shall be stored in these racks at a].l time. 8. That this use permit is granted for a period of six (6) months.
