Other Conditions: <br /> <br /> The AGREEMENT referenced in ITEM 1 above is hereby re- <br /> vised to include: <br /> <br /> o ARTICLE 2: COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT FOR SERVICES. <br /> The schedule of hourly rates for various classi- <br /> fications of personnel referenced as EXHIBIT "A" <br /> in paragraph C is hereby revised to 1987 rates and <br /> is included with this AMENDMENT as EXHIBIT "A". <br /> <br /> o ARTICLE 12: INDEMNIFICATION. Add the following <br /> limitation of liability paragraph: <br /> <br /> To the maximum extent permitted by law, the <br /> CONSULTANT'S liability for the CITY'S damages will <br /> not exceed $2,000,000.00 (Two million dollars). <br /> This limitation will apply whether the <br /> CONSULTANT'S liability arises under breach of <br /> contract or warranty; tort including negligence; <br /> strict liability; statutory, or any other causes' <br /> of action. <br /> <br /> o ARTICLE 13: INSURANCE. Revise the limit of the <br /> general liability insurance policy from $500,000 <br /> to $1,000,000 as shown in the fourth line of <br /> Paragraph B of this ARTICLE. <br /> <br /> o ARTICLE 14: NOTICES.
