CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-449 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO AGREEMENT WITH <br /> CH2M HILL FOR DESIGN OF STONERIDGE DRIVE/I-680 <br /> INTERCHANGE AND AUXILIARY LANES ON 1-680 <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves Amendment No. 3 to the <br /> Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and CH2M Hill, <br /> regarding design of the Stoneridge Drive/I-680 <br /> Interchange and Auxiliary Lanes on 1-680, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 6, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None ~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~ <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KE MERCER, MAYOR <br /> <br /> j R'~~ ~~j~ <br />~ 'alk/e~ Clerk <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> P~r O. ~acbona~d, c~ y orney <br /> <br /> <br />
