Attachment A <br />PIID-88-1 <br />5/25/88 <br />1. That the development shall substantially conform to the <br />plans, Exhibit A, except as modified by these conditions. <br />2. That the use of the individual units shall be limited to <br />storage purposes consistent with the "maxi-storage" use <br />designation in the application, and that <br />commercial/industrial related uses and activities are <br />prohibited. <br />3. That the final design of the security fence in the southeast <br />corner of the site include a double-wide gate. The final <br />design shall be submitted for final review and approval of <br />the Planning Director prior to issuance of any building <br />permits. <br />4. That the automated entrance gate and the double-wide gate <br />proposed in the southeast corner be designed to permit <br />24-hour access by the City's Public Works Department and the <br />Fire Department. Details on the lock mechanisms for these <br />gates shall be submitted for final review and approval of the <br />City Engineer and Fire Marshal prior to issuance of any <br />building permits. <br />5. That the applicant shall grant to the City a 20' wide <br />vehicular access easement from the entrance driveway off of <br />Valley Avenue through to the City's pump station located in <br />the southeast corner of the site. This easement shall be <br />submitted for final review and approval by the City Engineer <br />prior to issuance of any building permits. The existing <br />maintenance road shall remain open until completion of the <br />alternate route. <br />6. That the fence located at the northern end of building #1 be <br />redesigned to a concrete fence to match the remaining <br />perimeter walls. <br />7. That all existing on-site PG&E power poles and lines be <br />relocated prior to the start of construction on the project. <br />The final location of these utilities shall be submitted for <br />review by the Planning Director prior to the issuance of any <br />building permits. <br />8. That the applicant create a minimum 20' wide opening between <br />the east end of building #2 and the south end of building #1. <br />- 6 - <br />
