6. That signs shall be posted and maintained at all seven <br />entrance driveways to Valley Plaza and Mission Plaza, along <br />both the Valley Avenue and Santa Rita Road frontages. Said <br />signs shall state the enforcement of section 21107.8 of the <br />California Vehicle Code (CVC) on the subject premises and <br />shall be designed and sited as prescribed in the CVC. <br />7. That the applicant shall maintain bicycle racks in at least <br />two parking spaces adjacent to the entrance to the game room. <br />The layout of the bike rack area shall be subject to the <br />approval of the Planning Director. All bikes shall be stored <br />in these racks at all times. <br />8. That this use permit is granted for a period of one (1) year. <br />The use permit may be reviewed semi-annually at the option of <br />the City to determine if additional conditions of operation <br />are necessary. <br />9. That the operation of the Game Station business shall be <br />perpetually maintained by the owner, through diligent <br />compliance with the above conditions, in a fashion that will <br />minimize loitering, vandalism, drugs, and other problems <br />associated with the use, within the building and in the <br />surrounding vicinity, at a level that does not exceed that <br />which occurred between November 1987 and May 1988. <br />(sup8814) <br />- 8 - <br />
