Planning Commission Resolution No. PC-88-61 1. That the applicant shall provide and maintain lighting in the parking area of the subject property as deemed necessary by the chief of Police. this lighting shall be maintained at the applicant's expense and shall be for the purpose of allowing surveillance of the subject property by the Police Department. 2. That at least one adult supervisor, 21 years of age or older, shall be on duty on the premises at all times. after 6:00 p.m., there shall be at least two adult supervisors, 21 years of age or older, on duty on the premises on Fridays, Saturdays, and pre-holidays. A licensed security guard may qualify as one adult supervisor. 3. That, if determined necessary by the Chief of Police, the applicant shall be required to employ two adult supervisors, 21 years of age or older, or to employ an additional licensed security guard during the hours and days of the week specified by the Chief of Police to supervise the premises and to patrol the parking lot area of the subject property in order to discourage loitering. 4. That the hours of operation of the game room shall be limited to the following: Monday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to midnight; and Sunday, 12:00 noon to 10:00 p.m. Adjustments to the hours of operation will require the approval of the Planning Director. 5. That the applicant shall be aware that the use of the premises as a game room is an A3 occupancy type which requires at least two exit doors, panic hardware on all doors, and signs. The applicant shall comply with these and all other requirements of the City Fire Marshal concerning this occupancy type.
