Planning Commission Resolution No. PC-88-61 <br />1. That the applicant shall provide and maintain lighting in the <br />parking area of the subject property as deemed necessary by <br />the chief of Police. this lighting shall be maintained at <br />the applicant's expense and shall be for the purpose of <br />allowing surveillance of the subject property by the Police <br />Department. <br />2. That at least one adult supervisor, 21 years of age or older, <br />shall be on duty on the premises at all times. after <br />6:00 p.m., there shall be at least two adult supervisors, 21 <br />years of age or older, on duty on the premises on Fridays, <br />Saturdays, and pre-holidays. A licensed security guard may <br />qualify as one adult supervisor. <br />3. That, if determined necessary by the Chief of Police, the <br />applicant shall be required to employ two adult supervisors, <br />21 years of age or older, or to employ an additional licensed <br />security guard during the hours and days of the week <br />specified by the Chief of Police to supervise the premises <br />and to patrol the parking lot area of the subject property in <br />order to discourage loitering. <br />4. That the hours of operation of the game room shall be limited <br />to the following: Monday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to <br />10:00 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to midnight; <br />and Sunday, 12:00 noon to 10:00 p.m. Adjustments to the <br />hours of operation will require the approval of the Planning <br />Director. <br />5. That the applicant shall be aware that the use of the <br />premises as a game room is an A3 occupancy type which <br />requires at least two exit doors, panic hardware on all <br />doors, and signs. The applicant shall comply with these and <br />all other requirements of the City Fire Marshal concerning <br />this occupancy type. <br />
