Exhibit "A" <br />Resolution PIo. PC-88-72 <br />1. That the use shall conform substantially to the details of <br />operation and floor plan, Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Department. Zf in the event that the alcoholic <br />beverage service is expanded significantly in the future, <br />the Planning Commission may review and, if necessary, apply <br />additional conditions to the subject use permit. <br />2. That if, at any time in the future, the ownership and/or <br />management of the restaurant is unable to control the <br />activities of its patrons such that the presence of the bar <br />is determined to be a nuisance to surrounding uses or to <br />the City in general, the Planning Commission may review <br />and, if necessary, revoke the subject conditional use <br />permit. <br />3. That if patrons of the bar cause problems to occur in the <br />vicinity of the site with regard to traffic control and <br />enforcement by the Police Department, signs shall be <br />erected at all entrances to the Union Jack Pub and at the <br />entrances to all parking lots which have access to the pub. <br />Said signs shall state the enforcement of Section 21107.8 <br />of the California Vehicle Code (CVC) on the subject <br />premises, and shall be designed and sited as prescribe in <br />the CVC. In the event that signs are not posted as <br />required above, this approval shall become null and void. <br />4. That the applicant shall apply for and obtain all <br />applicable City permits for the restaurant/bar <br />establishment and building renovation prior to the <br />commencement of business. <br />5. That the walkway between Main Street and the parking area <br />behind the pub shall be sufficiently lit to allow safe <br />passage. <br />6. That final occupancy of the building shall be granted <br />subject to satisfactory inspection performed by the Fire <br />Department and Building Department. <br />
