That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />all applicable sections of Chapter 18.124 of the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code regarding Conditional <br />Uses. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determines that the use as <br />proposed, the Union Jack Pub will be compatible with the <br />Downtown. The applicant has supplied sufficient <br />information to clearly demonstrate his goals to run an <br />"upscale" local restaurant and gathering spot and not a <br />local "watering hole." <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-88-17, application of Warren D. <br />Chapman for a conditional use permit to serve alcoholic <br />beverages after 10:00pm at 725 Main Street subject to <br />the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
