include, but is not limited, limits on equipment noise levels, equipment equipped <br />with intake/exhaust mufflers, locations for stationary noise generating equipment, <br />"quiet" air compressors and other stationery noise sources, radios, etc. <br />• A Construction Disturbance Coordinator (CDC) shall be designated who will be <br />responsible for responding to ant local complaints regarding construction <br />activities and noise. The DC will determine the cause of the complaint, e.g., <br />starting too early, bad muffler, etc., and will implement reasonable measures to <br />correct the problem. The DC's telephone number on the site shall be <br />conspicuously posted and shall be provided in a notice sent to the neighbors with <br />the construction schedule. <br />(ii) Remaining Impacts. <br />Any remaining impacts related to the temporary increase in noise levels will be less than <br />significant. <br />Public Services: Fire Protection <br />22. Impact on adopted emergency response plan or emergency evacuation plan (pp. <br />230, 230-231 and 375; Condition 58a-58e, 59, and 63 of PUD-33; MMIP M2-1, <br />M2-2, and M2-3). <br />a. Potentiallmpact. <br />The proposed residences lie beyond the Fire Department's five-minute response time, <br />which could affect emergency access to the site. <br />b. Mitigation Measures. <br />The following mitigation measures are hereby adopted and will be implemented as <br />provided for in the Mitigation Monitoring and Implementation Program: <br />• Implement Oak Grove Planned Unit Development (PUD-33) Mitigation Measures <br />M2-1, M2-2 and M2-3. <br />c. Findings. <br />Based on the EIR and the entire record before the City, the City finds that: <br />(i) Effects of Mitigation. <br />The Environmentally Superior Project's potential impacts due to the location of the site <br />in an area at high risk for wildland fires and the location of the proposed residences of <br />proposed residences beyond the Fire Department's five-minute response time will be <br />mitigated to less than significant levels through the implementation of the mitigation <br />measures discussed above because the measures require that the approved plan <br />Page 36 of 43 <br />
