Install a pressure reducing station at the tie-in to the Bonde II reservoir. <br />Additionally, a connection for a temporary emergency booster pump shall be <br />installed on the "B" Zone side ahead of the new pressure reducing station <br />unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />h. An access road shall be provided to the detention ponds and the storm drain <br />outfalls from the public streets. The developer's geotechnical engineer shall <br />work with the Planning Director and the City Engineer to determine the width, <br />slope, and composition of the roads in the context of the approved mitigation <br />monitoring plans. <br />Unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer, a drainpipe shall be located <br />within the tank access road, Court 4, and "A" Street for the purpose of <br />draining the "B" Zone reservoir. This pipe shall be independent of the storm <br />drain system for the lots and streets and shall discharge into a detention pond <br />as approved by the City Engineer. The design shall ensure that discharge <br />from the "B" Zone Reservoir -either overflow or planned flushing -will not <br />impact the natural drainage courses. <br />j. The typical section showing the lot drainage shall be revised as follow: <br />The storm drain pipe shall be located in the centerline of the street to <br />provide required clearance between the water line(s) and the sanitary <br />sewer line. <br />• There shall be a manhole or curb inlet structure at the connection of the lot <br />drainage lateral and the storm drain pipe within the street unless otherwise <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br />k. The typical street section for the extension from Hearst Drive and cul-de-sac <br />shall be revised as follows: <br />The Public Service Easement (PSE) shall be 8-feet in width measured <br />from the property line (back-of-curb where no sidewalk is to be <br />constructed; back of sidewalk where there is to be a sidewalk). Unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer, the first 5-feet of the easement <br />shall be graded at 2 percent towards the street. <br />• The planter strip shall be a minimum width of 6 feet measured from the <br />face-of-curb to the edge-of-sidewalk. If the planter strip is to be used as a <br />bioswale, the width of the planter may have to be widened as directed by <br />the City Engineer. The project developer's engineer shall submit <br />preliminary calculations for the bioswale to the City Engineer for review <br />and approval. <br />Page 16 of 3 7 <br />
