PC-88-87 <br />8-10-88 <br />Page Two <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the provisions of this chapter. <br />The proposed use will comply with all applicable <br />sections of Chapter 18.124 of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code regarding Conditional uses; and <br />WHEREAS, this project is categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality <br />Act (CEQA). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-88-27, the application of Pacific <br />Coast Ministries for conditional use permit approval <br />to operate a church within an existing light <br />industrial/warehouse building located at 7116 Johnson <br />Drive, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the operation of the church be substantially <br />as shown on the site plan and floor plan dated <br />July 20, 1988, and as described in the narrative <br />dated June 17, 1988, on file with the Planning <br />Department, and that other uses or changes may <br />require further review and action by the City. <br />2. That the church shall not operate without <br />obtaining a license agreement for 37 additional <br />parking spaces from adjacent property owners. <br />3. That the applicant apply for and receive Design <br />Review Board approval prior to any exterior <br />building modifications. <br />4. That as required by the City Fire Marshal, the <br />church shall provide a fire alarm system and <br />secure a permit per Uniform Fire Code Article 4, <br />section 4.101-25. <br />5. That the church apply for and be issued all <br />appropriate City permits for the use prior to its <br />commencement. <br />6. That this conditional use permit is granted <br />subject to a three year staff review and <br />approval. <br />
