PC-88-90 <br />M E M O R A N D U M <br />TO: Planning Commission <br />FROM: Engineering Services - City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Staff Report for Tentative Map <br />Tract 5801 <br />DATE: July 28, 1988 <br />This development is recommended for approval subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />That the developer meet all requirements of the Subdivision <br />Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br />That the developer meet all required conditions of approval of <br />the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California. <br />That the developer meet all required conditions of any prior <br />approvals which this development may have received from the City <br />of Pleasanton. <br />That the developer secure approval from the Planning Director for <br />all proposed street names prior to submittal of the final map. <br />That detailed grading and drainage plan and all supporting <br />information and design criteria be submitted as part of the <br />improvement plans for the development. <br />That the minimum grade for gutter flowlines in public streets be <br />set at 0.5$ unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />Grades less than 0.5$ down to 0.3$ shall require special <br />approval, submittal of as-built grade sheet, and controlled flow <br />testing. <br />That a separate water meter be provided to each lot of record <br />within the development unless otherwise approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br />
