PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-92 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5908, THE APPLICATION OF <br />BLACKBURN DEVELOPMENT AND MATILDA TEIXEIRA <br />WHEREAS, Blackburn Development and Matilda Teixeira have applied <br />to subdivide an approximately fifteen acre site into 42 <br />parcels for single-family residential use, ranging in <br />size from approximately 8,500 sq. ft. to 24,000 sq. ft. <br />located at 2820 Vineyard Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 10, 1988, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found Tentative Tract Map 5908 <br />to be in conformance with the General Plan of the City <br />of Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found Tentative Tract Map 5908 <br />to be consistent with the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential zoning and <br />development plan approval; and <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was prepared in conjunction with <br />the development plan approval affecting the site. <br />Subdivision of the property was included within the <br />scope of that environmental document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Blackburn Development and <br />Matilda Teixeira to subdivide an approximately <br />fifteen acre site into 42 parcels for single-family <br />residential use, ranging in size from approximately <br />8,500 sq. ft. to 24,000 sq. ft. located at 2820 <br />Vineyard Avenue subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as <br />shown on Tentative Tract Map 5908 on file with <br />the Planning Department. <br />2. That approval of this case is subject to all <br />relevant conditions of PUD-88-3. <br />
