That the modifications to the development (PUD- <br />87-4) shall be substantially as shown in the <br />revised site plan and elevations, dated August 5, <br />1988, and in the letter of modification, "Design <br />and Concept Changes," dated July 22, 1988 from <br />Guthrie and Associates, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That the final design of the entrance roadway and <br />bridge shall be submitted to City Engineer and <br />Planning Director for review and approval prior <br />to the issuance of a building permit. <br />3. That a final plan showing the elements to be <br />constructed within the open space corridor <br />between the upper cabana area and the lower <br />roadway entrance area shall be submitted for <br />review and approval by the Planning Director <br />prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />4. That except as modified above, relevant <br />conditions of Case PUD-87-4 and 87-4-1M shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />5. That the developer shall market the units within <br />the project as follows: <br />One-bedroom units $90,000-$97,000 <br />Two-bedroom units $130,000-$139,000 <br />The sales price of the units within each range <br />shall reflect variations in the price of the <br />"premium" units, based on preferred location, <br />viewshed, and similar factors. The price ranges <br />listed above are based on the presently <br />estimated costs; the Planning Director shall <br />allow increases in the sales prices shown above <br />based on information submitted by the developer <br />indicating construction cost increases above <br />current cost estimates. The submitted <br />information shall remain confidential if so <br />required by the developer. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
