PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-94 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-87-4-2M, APPLICATION OF JL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AND DUNCAN MATTESON WHEREAS, JL Construction Company and Duncan Matteson have applied for a major modification to an approved development plan for a 244-unit residential complex to modify the mix of the unit composition and to modify the private recreation area facilities to be located on an approximately 23 acre site located at 11020 Old Dublin Canyon Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed meeting of August 10, 1988, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the modifications proposed are appropriate; and WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was prepared for the development plan approval for the project. The proposed modifications involve exterior architectural changes and interior floor plan changes resulting in the same amount of residential units as previously approved with a slight decrease in the total amount of floor space. Therefore, this current project is considered to be included within the scope of issues discussed in the previously adopted Negative Declaration. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-87-4-2M, the application of Callahan Property Company and Duncan Matteson for a major modification to an approved development plan for a 244-unit residential complex to modify the mix of the unit composition and to modify the private recreation area facilities to be located on an approximately 23 acre site located at 11020 Old Dublin Canyon Road subject to the following conditions:
