Resolution No. PC-88-98 Page 2 September 14, 1988 C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the zoning ordinance. The proposed use will comply with all applicable sections of Chapter 18.124 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, this project is categorically exempt from the requirements of CEQA. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves Case UP-88-40, the application of Richard Woodring for a conditional use permit to construct a skateboard ramp in the rear yard of an existing residence at 1799 Peru Court subject to the following conditions: 1. That the ramp be substantially as shown on the plans, on file with the Planning Director unless modified by the following. 2. That the skateboard ramp shall conform to all operating limitations and design standards contained in Ordinance no. 1273. 3. That at no time shall any additional ramps of any kind be constructed and/or utilized on the site. 4. That if desired by the adjacent residences at 1767 Peru Court, 1666 and 1698 Bivar Court, a 2' tall lattice fence extension shall be installed on top of the existing 6' tall good neighbor fence. The responsibility for the final fence design, acquiring of City permits and installation shall be the responsibility of the applicant with final approval by the Planning Director. 5. That this use permit is granted for a period of five years. The use permit may be reviewed semi- annually at the option of the City to determine if additional conditions of operation are necessary to determine compliance with conditions of approval. If said conditions are determined to be violated then the Planning Commission, after proper public hearings, may revoke the use permit and require removal of the structure. 6. That at no time shall any more than seven users of the skateboard ramp be on site.
