In addition, the wash facility has been designed to insure a neat and clean operating appearance at all times. Therefore, none of the proposed uses would be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare of the adjacent properties. C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the zoning ordinance. The proposed uses are in compliance with the Uniform Building Code, Fire Code, and other applicable provisions of the Municipal Code and other applicable regulations. WHEREAS, the Design Review Board approved a negative declaration September 14, 1988 for the Corwood Carwash facility and activities of the type described in this application were included within the scope of that negative declaration, no additional environmental assessment accompanies this application. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves Case UP-88-43, the application of Woodward Industries, Inc. for a conditional use permit to operate an automobile washing facility and service station on an approximately 1.25 acre site located at the southeast corner of the intersection of California Avenue and Washington Street subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
