A landscape maintenance agreement between each <br />lot owner and the City to ensure continued <br />maintenance of the street side yard <br />landscaping. <br />2. That except as modified by Condition No. 1 above, <br />all conditions of Cases PUD-83-12 through PUD-83- <br />12-4M shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Section 2.
