In <br />any event, the use permit shall be reviewed by <br />staff with optional referral to the Planning <br />Commission within 12 months to determine compliance <br />with these conditions of approval. Additional <br />conditions may be attached, as determined necessary <br />by the Planning Commission, at such reviews. <br />Section 2.
