M E M O R A N D U M <br />TO: Planning Commission <br />FROM: Engineering Services - City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Staff Report for Tentative Map <br />Tract 5945 <br />DATE: October 12, 1988 <br />This development is recommended for approval subject to the fol- <br />lowing conditions: <br />1. That the developer meet all requirements of the Subdivision <br />Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br />2. That the developer meet all required conditions of approval <br />of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California. <br />3. That the developer meet all required conditions of any prior <br />approvals which this development may have received from the <br />City of Pleasanton. <br />4. That the developer secure approval from the Planning Direc- <br />tor for all proposed street names prior to submittal of the <br />final map. <br />5. That detailed grading and drainage plan and all supporting <br />information and design criteria be submitted as part of the <br />improvement plans for the development. <br />6. That the minimum grade for gutter flowlines in public <br />streets be set at 0.5~ unless otherwise approved by the City <br />Engineer. Grades less than 0.5$ down to 0.3~ shall require <br />special approval, submittal of as-built grade sheet, and <br />controlled flow testing. <br />7. That a separate water meter be provided to each lot of <br />record within the development unless otherwise approved by <br />the City Engineer. <br />8. That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be provided to each <br />lot of record within the development unless otherwise ap- <br />proved by the City Engineer. <br />- 1 - <br />As amended at 10/12/88 meeting <br />
