PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-107 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5945, THE APPLICATION OF <br />CURRIN/TIMM <br />WHEREAS, Golden Eagle Farms has applied to subdivide an <br />approximately 260 acre site located on the west side of <br />Foothill Road approximately 3,000 feet south of the <br />intersection of Bernal Avenue and Foothill Road into 80 <br />parcels for single-family residential use and four <br />parcels for common open space and related uses; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 12, 1988 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the tentative map is <br />in conformance with the final development plan and goals <br />and objectives of the General Plan of the City of <br />Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, an EIR was prepared for the preliminary development plan <br />for the project. No subsequent environmental review is <br />required at this time. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the vesting tentative map, Tract 5945, the <br />application of Currin Construction and Timm Development, <br />Inc. to subdivide an approximate 260 acre site located <br />on the west side of Foothill Road approximately 3,100 <br />sq. ft. south of the intersection of Bernal Avenue and <br />Foothill Road subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The development shall be substantially as shown on <br />the Vesting Tentative Map Tract 5945 on file with <br />the Planning Department. <br />2. The utility and grading plans shall be as shown on <br />the Preliminary S. D. and Grading Plan, dated <br />August 1988, on file with the Planning Department, <br />and as described in the letter from Bissell & Karn <br />to the Planning Director dated September 2, 1988. <br />Final design of all utility systems not located in <br />streets shall be subject to review and approval by <br />the Planning Director; approval shall be given both <br />to the final improvement plans and to staked, "in <br />the field" locations prior to actual construction. <br />
