Resolution No. PC-88-108 Page 2 - 10/12/88 C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the zoning ordinance. The proposed use will comply with all applicable sections of the Municipal Code. One intention of the Code is to encourage service establishments required by residents and for the convenience of the public. Many residents of Pleasanton are employed by the Lawrence Livermore Lab and belong to Uncle credit union. This use would serve the needs of those residents. WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves Case UP-88-18, the application of Uncle Credit Union for a conditional use permit for a credit union branch office located at 1989-E Santa Rita Road subject to the following conditions: 1. That the credit union shall obtain all applicable City permits. 2. That if, at any time in the future, the presence of the branch office interferes with the parking, circulation, or operation of adjacent businesses, the Planning Commission may review the subject use permit, and if necessary, revoke it or attach additional conditions of operation. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
