That if, at any time in the future, the presence of <br />the bank interferes with the parking circulation, <br />or operation of adjacent businesses, the Planning <br />Commission may review the subject use permit and, <br />if necessary, revoke it or attach additional <br />conditions of operations. <br />3. That the applicant shall obtain all applicable City <br />permits for the branch office prior to occupancy. <br />4. That approval of this application shall be <br />contingent upon the approval of Case Z-88-450 by <br />the Design Review Board. <br />Section 2.
