Resolution No. PC-88-122 <br />November 9, 1988 - Page 2 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. the Planning Commission finds, after having reviewed <br />and considered the material in the Environmental Impact <br />Report that the Environmental Impact Report prepared is <br />complete, sufficient, and acceptable for the project <br />proposed. <br />Section 2. the Planning Commission finds that the Environmental <br />Impact Report for the proposed ordinance has been <br />completed in compliance with the California <br />Environmental Quality Act, and state and city <br />guidelines. <br />Section 3 This resolution shall become effective effective <br />immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 9TH DAY OF NOVEMBER 1988 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Mahern, Tarver and <br />Michelotti, Chairman <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST <br />~~ ~~~ <br />Brian W.
