8. City shall pay PGandE the nonrefundable amount of $4,555 for costs <br />associated with the utility inspection of all facilities not installed by PGandE. <br /> <br />9. City shall pay PGandE $3,052 which is a charge subject to refund for <br />CIAC tax associated with the utility inspection costs referenced in Section 8, above. <br /> <br /> 10. This agreement does not provide for the installation by PGandE of any <br />underground conduits and/or conductors extending from the Electric Facilities to any <br />existing or proposed building within the District other than as provided in the <br />attached plans and specifications. The obligations of both the property owners and <br />PGandE under PGandE's Electric Extension Rule on file with the California Public <br />Utilities Commission (Commission), relating to extension and service installations, <br />are not included in this agreement. <br /> <br /> 11. Any rearrangement, relocation, addition to or modification of the <br />Electric Facilities and Street Lighting Service Facilities as shown on Exhibit "A" <br />after commencement of construction required for any reason other than the sole <br />convenience of PGandE shall be paid for on demand and in advance by City. <br /> <br /> 12. City shall, upon the installation of the Electric Facilities and Street <br />Lighting Service Facilities, execute and deliver to PGandE a deed or deeds in the <br />form attached hereto as Exhibit "B" conveying the Electric Facilities and a portion <br />of the Street Lighting Service Facilities to PGandE. <br /> <br /> -4- <br /> <br /> <br />
