COPIES CITY20B.87 <br /> City REFERENCE <br /> Region GM 4551842 <br /> Division <br /> Customer Accounting <br /> Construction Accounting <br /> Bonding Attorney <br /> Commercial Department - WLF <br /> <br /> SPECIAL AGREEMENT <br /> ELECTRIC RELOCATION FACILITIES <br /> ELECTRIC CONVERSION FACILITIES <br /> {ASSESSMENT DISTRICT) RULE 208 <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made by the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a California municipal <br />corporation (CITY), and PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California corporation <br />(PGandE}. <br /> <br /> RECITALS: <br /> <br /> A. City, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of <br />lgl3, adopted Resolution of Intention No. 82-175 on May 25, 1982, and as amended <br />by Resolution of Intention No. 85-223 on May 7, 1975, which provides for the <br />formation of a special assessment district designated North Pleasanton Improvement <br />District No. 1982-4 (District), to accomplish, among other things, the <br />installation of street lighting service facilities, and the removal of existing <br />overhead electric distribution facilities with their replacement with underground <br /> <br />electric distribution facilities. / <br /> B. The electric facilities contemplated for construction and/or <br />replacement within the District include the removal and replacement of existing <br />overhead with underground electric distribution facilities (Electric Facilities), <br />and the installation of street lighting service facilities (Street Lighting <br />Service Facilities) within the District along the existing streets known as <br />Hopyard Road, Santa Rita Road, West Los Positas Boulevard, Pimlico Drive, Johnson <br />Drive and Stoneridge Drive, all of which facilities are shown on the sketch marked <br />Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> -1- <br /> <br /> <br />
