CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-432 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITM PACIFIC GAS AND <br /> ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR SANTA RITA ROAD UNDERGROUNDING <br /> (SUTTER GATE AVENUE TO VALLEY AVENUE) <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Pacific Gas and Electric <br /> Company, regarding undergrounding on Santa Rita Road <br /> (Sutter Gate Avenue to Valley Avenue), a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 6, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None /~~~ <br /> ATTEST: <br /> K~NNE~H ~.'ME~CER, MAYOR <br />~ Walker, C~ty Clerk <br /> <br /> P . cDon~', rney <br /> <br /> <br />
