She agreed with Commissioner Blank’s <br />comments regarding the green points. <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox read Commissioner O’Connor’s comments, which inquired whether the <br />signage could have one pylon and be near the Hacienda exit, as opposed to the Santa Rita <br />exit, to allow sufficient time to take the closer exit. <br /> <br />Mr. Edwards thanked the Commissioners for their input and comments. <br /> <br />In response to an inquiry by Chairperson Fox regarding whether there would be a phasing <br />plan, Mr. Edwards replied that it would be market-dependent; they may build one phase <br />at a time or all three at once. He added that they did not want to have lingering <br />construction as tenants begin to move in so they can be operational. <br /> <br />No action was taken. <br /> <br />2.
