Commissioner Olson noted that the first sentence of the first full paragraph on page 6 has <br />a typographical error and should be modified to read as follows: “In response to <br />Commissioner Blank’s inquiry regrading regarding .…” <br /> <br />Commissioner Olson noted that the resolution on the fifth paragraph on page 11 indicated <br />that the Commission voted to approve PCUP-187, which was the prior item. He noted <br />that it modified to read as follows: “Resolution No. PC-2007-10 denying PAP-103, <br />thereby upholding PV-140 was entered and adopted as motioned.” <br /> <br />Commissioner Narum noted that the last sentence of the second full paragraph on page 8 <br />should be modified to read as follows: “… Mr. Judd replied that he would like to <br />maximize the space and move the fence posts by two inches.” <br /> <br />Commissioner Narum noted that the sentence on the first full paragraph on page 10 <br />should be modified to read as follows: “… and the eaves overhang were moved two feet <br />from the property line, the gutters would no longer be necessary.” <br /> <br />Commissioner Narum noted that the first sentence of the first full paragraph on page 12 <br />should be modified to read as follows: “Ms. Seto replied that staff would contact the <br />Council County Counsel’s Office.…” <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Connor noted that the last sentence of the ninth paragraph on page 6 <br />should be modified to read as follows: “… with 10 feet and 11 feet side yard setbacks, as <br />opposed to being built to the property setbacks line.” <br /> <br />Commissioner Pearce noted that the sentence of the fourth paragraph on page 9 should be <br />modified to read as follows: “In response to Commissioner Pearce’s inquiry regarding <br />whether the two-inch setback referenced by Mr. Judd referred to the variance granted….” <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox noted that on page 4, she believed the motion had been to sign children <br />12 years and under in and out of the facility. Commissioner Blank believed it was under <br />12 years. Chairperson Fox requested that staff double-check that item. <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox inquired whether the accepted amendment on the second paragraph of <br />page 11 involved a re-second of the motion. Commissioner Narum noted that she had <br />accepted the amendment. <br /> <br />In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Blank regarding how the amended minutes <br />were published, Ms. Decker replied that the changes were incorporated into the final <br />minutes, which were also published on the website. <br /> <br />Commissioner Blank moved to approve the minutes as amended. <br />Commissioner Fox seconded the motion. <br /> <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES March 14, 2007 Page 2 of 21 <br /> <br /> <br />
