Commissioner Olson noted that the first sentence of the first full paragraph on page 6 has a typographical error and should be modified to read as follows: “In response to Commissioner Blank’s inquiry regrading regarding .…” Commissioner Olson noted that the resolution on the fifth paragraph on page 11 indicated that the Commission voted to approve PCUP-187, which was the prior item. He noted that it modified to read as follows: “Resolution No. PC-2007-10 denying PAP-103, thereby upholding PV-140 was entered and adopted as motioned.” Commissioner Narum noted that the last sentence of the second full paragraph on page 8 should be modified to read as follows: “… Mr. Judd replied that he would like to maximize the space and move the fence posts by two inches.” Commissioner Narum noted that the sentence on the first full paragraph on page 10 should be modified to read as follows: “… and the eaves overhang were moved two feet from the property line, the gutters would no longer be necessary.” Commissioner Narum noted that the first sentence of the first full paragraph on page 12 should be modified to read as follows: “Ms. Seto replied that staff would contact the Council County Counsel’s Office.…” Commissioner O’Connor noted that the last sentence of the ninth paragraph on page 6 should be modified to read as follows: “… with 10 feet and 11 feet side yard setbacks, as opposed to being built to the property setbacks line.” Commissioner Pearce noted that the sentence of the fourth paragraph on page 9 should be modified to read as follows: “In response to Commissioner Pearce’s inquiry regarding whether the two-inch setback referenced by Mr. Judd referred to the variance granted….” Chairperson Fox noted that on page 4, she believed the motion had been to sign children 12 years and under in and out of the facility. Commissioner Blank believed it was under 12 years. Chairperson Fox requested that staff double-check that item. Chairperson Fox inquired whether the accepted amendment on the second paragraph of page 11 involved a re-second of the motion. Commissioner Narum noted that she had accepted the amendment. In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Blank regarding how the amended minutes were published, Ms. Decker replied that the changes were incorporated into the final minutes, which were also published on the website.
