<br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />Wednesday, June 27, 2007 <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of June 27, 2007 was called to order at 7:10 p.m. by <br />Chairperson Fox. <br /> <br /> <br />1.ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Michael Roush, City <br />Attorney; Steve Otto, Associate Planner; Marion Pavan, <br />Associate Planner; Natalie Amos, Assistant Planner; Bill <br />Cody, Fire Chief; Eric Carlson, Fire Marshall; and Cory <br />Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Kathy Narum, Greg <br />O’Connor, Arne Olson, and Jennifer Pearce. <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />a.June 13, 2007 <br /> <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox requested that the minutes be deferred to the next meeting so that the <br />Oak Grove hearing information may be heard and considered. <br /> <br />Commissioner Olson noted that the deferral of those minutes would cause a delay in <br />getting the Minutes to the City Council. He inquired if it would also affect any time- <br />critical items.
