<br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />Wednesday, January 24, 2007 <br /> <br />(Staff has reviewed the proposed changes against the recorded proceedings <br />and confirms that these Minutes are accurate.) <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of January 24, 2007, was called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />by Chairperson Fox. <br /> <br /> <br />1.ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Julie Harryman, <br />Assistant City Attorney; Phil Grubstick, City Engineer; and <br />Cory Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Greg O’Connor, <br />Arne Olson, and Jennifer Pearce. Commissioner Pearce <br />left the meeting prior to the discussion on Item 6.a., <br />PCUP-155/PDR-513, Trinity Lutheran Church. <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />a.November 29, 2006 <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox noted that she had listened to the tapes of this meeting and inserted <br />additional language in green text concerning some of the Commissioners’ questions <br />regarding the Saint Elizabeth Seton Church hearing item. She further included verbatim <br />transcription of some portions of the hearing. <br /> <br />Ms. Decker wished to clarify the feedback provided by staff at the request of the Planning <br />Commission.
