<br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />Wednesday, January 10, 2007 <br /> <br />(Staff has reviewed the proposed changes against the recorded proceedings <br />and confirms that these Minutes are accurate.) <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of January 10, 2007 was called to order at 7:20 p.m. <br />by Chairperson Fox. <br /> <br /> <br />1.ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Jerry Iserson, Planning & Building Director; Julie <br />Harryman, Assistant City Attorney; Wes Jost, Development <br />Services Manager; Robin Giffin, Associate Planner; and <br />Cory Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Greg O’Connor, <br />Arne Olson, and Jennifer Pearce. <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox requested that the minutes be considered at the end of the meeting. <br /> <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO <br />ADDRESS THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS <br />NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA. <br /> <br />Aman Bawa, 2632 Ingrid Court, expressed concern about the construction trucks using <br />the residential streets in his area as conditioned in the Hatsushi PUD. He stated that this <br />is impacting the residents now living in the area, and he did not think it was fair that all <br />construction traffic in the area should go through his neighborhood. He requested that <br />the matter be revisited as part of Item 6.a., PUD-56, Michael Aminian/Mohsen Sadri. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES January 10, 2007 Page 1 of 27 <br /> <br /> <br />
