<br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />Wednesday, February 28, 2007 <br /> <br />(Staff has reviewed the proposed changes against the recorded proceedings <br />and confirms that these Minutes are accurate.) <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of February 28, 2007 was called to order at 7:03 p.m. by <br />Chairperson Fox. <br /> <br /> <br />1.ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Larissa Seto, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Phil Grubstick, City Engineer; Natalie Amos, Assistant <br />Planner; and Maria L. Hoey, Recording Secretary. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Kathy Narum, Greg <br />O’Connor, Arne Olson, and Jennifer Pearce. <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br /> <br />On behalf of the Planning Commission, Chairperson Fox welcomed Commissioner Narum to the <br />Commission and stated that she was pleased to have the Commissioner Narum at tonight’s <br />meeting. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner Blank advised that the fifth sentence of the third paragraph on page 6 should be <br />modified to read as follows: “He noted that it was common for developers to develop a piece of <br />property under a shell company which would do the development, then be discontinued would go <br />bankrupt, after which another company held by the same group would pick up the property <br />would continue the next phase of development.” <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES February 28, 2007 Page 1 of 13 <br /> <br /> <br />
