PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />APPROVED <br />Wednesday, February 14, 2007 <br />(Staff has reviewed the proposed changes against the recorded proceedings <br />and confirms that these Minutes are accurate.) <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of February 14, 2007 was called to order at 7:01 p.m. by <br />Chairperson Fox. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Julie Harryman, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Wes Jost, Development Service Manager; Steve Otto, <br />Associate Planner; and Cory Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Greg O'Connor, and <br />Jennifer Pearce. <br />Commissioner Absent: Commissioner Arne Olson. <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY <br />ON THE AGENDA. <br />There were none. <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />There were none. <br />5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Commissioner Blank noted that he had questions about the conditions of approval for both items <br />and inquired whether they must be pulled from the Consent Calendar.
