AGREEMENT REGARDING <br /> BERNAL AVENUE EXTENSION <br /> <br /> This Agreement is made and entered into on the <br />day of July, 1987 by and between the City of <br />Pleasanton, a municipal corporation hereinafter referred to <br />as "City" and Jennifer Lin and Frederick Lin hereinafter <br />referred to as "Lin". <br /> <br /> ARTICLE I <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> 1.1 Whereas Lin is the owner of <br /> <br />certain real property commonly referred to as the Kottinger <br />Ranch consisting of 230 acres plus or minus Assessor's <br /> <br />Parcel Nui.bers 946-2300-2-4 and 946-2300-2-5. The property <br />is more specifically described in Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> 1.2 Lin and City entered into a Long Term <br /> <br />Agreement for the development of the Kottinger Ranch, dated <br /> <br />June 17, 1986. <br /> <br /> 1.3 Lin cannot build or subdivide the units <br /> <br />approved in the Long Term Agreement for the years 1988, <br /> <br />1989, 1990 and 1991 until construction has commenced on a <br /> <br /> 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
