Nancy Storch addressed the City Council regarding Item No. 9, Vineyard Corridor <br />improvements. She noted there was a community meeting and staff addressed neighborhood <br />questions. She thanked the Council and commented on neighborhood traffic calming efforts. <br />Councilmember McGovern commented on the possibility of looking at the heaviest traveled <br />streets in Pleasanton and ones where the intersections are the gateways to the community. <br />She would like to look at the possibility of doing what is being done on Vineyard Avenue as far <br />as the 2 inch asphalt overlay. She feels it would behoove the Council to offer this to the rest of <br />the community, as well. <br />Administrative Services <br />Approved the regular meeting minutes of January 16, 2007 <br />2. Adopted Resolution No. 07-091 implementing provisions of Internal Revenue Code (IRC) <br />Section 414(h)(2) to allow employee contributions for Public Employees' Retirement <br />System Service Credit (Contribution Code 14 -Pre-tax Payroll Deduction Plan) <br />Finance <br />3. Adopted Resolution No. 07-092 finding that certain development impact fees (A61600 and <br />S61693) collected from developers are unexpended after five years but that the funds are <br />committed to particular projects <br />4. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a contract with Fairbank, Maslin, <br />Maullin & Associates to provide consultant services to conduct a Citizens Survey at a cost <br />not to exceed $46,300 <br />Mayor <br />5. Pulled and moved to Meeting Open to the Public - Adopt a resolution ratifying the Mayor's <br />appointment to the Planning Commission <br />Parks & Community Services <br />6. Adopted Resolution No. 07-093 approving a grant application for funding from the <br />California Cultural and Historical Endowment for Alviso Adobe Community Park, CIP <br />987025 <br />Plannino <br />7. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br />Public Works <br />8. Accepted public improvements performed by O'Grady Paving, Inc. for Resurfacing of <br />Various City Streets, Project No. 055003; authorized filing a notice of completion, final <br />payment and retention <br />City Council Minutes 3 February 20, 2007 <br />
