Public Comment <br /> <br />Fred Norman addressed the City Council regarding his desire to see the Council <br />observe a moment of silence in honor of those serving and representing our country in <br />Iraq. <br /> <br />Salvador Zamora addressed the City Council regarding the Francisco Street <br />crosswalk, located on Santa Rita Road.
