<br />was noted that the Council does not approve the increase in fees from Zone 7; it is just <br />passed onto the cities. The cities then need to decide on how to make up the difference. <br /> <br />Staff noted that development fees, user fees, and water and sewer rates would all come <br />before the City Council in the first six months of 2007. <br /> <br />Councilmember McGovern, on behalf of the entire City Council, wished the Pleasanton <br />residents and city staff a happy holiday season. She thanked staff for a year of hard work. <br /> <br />8. COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> <br />8a. Brief reports on conferences, seminars, and meetings attended by the Mayor and City <br />Council: There were no reports. <br /> <br />9.
