<br />4c. Approved Resolution No. 06-066 adopting the National Incident Management System <br />(NIMS) as the City's all hazard incident response system (SR 06:243) <br /> <br />4d. Approved Final Map, Improvement Plans, and Subdivision Agreement for the Busch <br />Property (Ponderosa Homes II, Inc.) for Tract 7433 (Ponderosa/Busch Property) (SR <br />06:156) <br /> <br />4e. Accepted the East Bay Regional Park District grant proposal for acquisition of the <br />Tehan Falls property consisting of approximately 103 acres located near the <br />Pleasanton Regional Park; authorized the County of Alameda to disburse $200,000 <br />from the Alameda County Altamont Landfill Open Space Fund for payment to EBRPD, <br />subject to approval by the Altamont Landfill and Resource Recovery Facility Open <br />Space Advisory Committee, and authorized the City Manager to execute documents <br />associated with said project (SR 06:250) <br /> <br />4f. Approved a lot line adjustment to transfer 2,658 sq, ft., including the water well, from <br />the City-owned Parcel C to the vineyard estate lot, Parcel A, for vineyard irrigation at <br />798 Vineyard Terrace and authorized staff to execute necessary documents (Chateau <br />Country Estates; Tract 7240) (SR 06:246) Brozosky recused <br /> <br />4g.
