MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Sa. Citizen Comments

Jerry Wagner noted his concern in not being able to get a copy of the geologist's
report that Greenbriar had done on the proposed bypass road due to it being
copyrighted. Referencing the water situation, he noted he had water tests done on
some of the wells in Happy Valley and feels there is a small problem with the water
out in the Happy Valley area.

Fred Norman expressed appreciation for Mr. Brozosky mentioning the upcoming
Veterans Day Parade, however, two weeks ago the City Council decided to offer a
minute of silence to honor our troops in Iraq or everywhere during introductory
remarks should a Councilmember wish to do so. Since the last Council Meeting
forty-four American troops have been killed in Iraq and Councilmember Brozosky
chose not to honor them. He concluded by using one of his minutes to be used in
silence in memory of the troops.

Council member Brozosky commented that he was supporting the troops by telling
people not to remain silent and to come out and support them at the downtown
Veterans Parade.

Mr. Norman apologized for his criticism of Mr. Brozosky.

City Council Minutes

3

October 3, 2006

---~~ .--
