<br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Councilmember Brozosky presented the League of California Cities Annual <br />Conference Resolutions and requested input and comments from the council <br />members. <br /> <br />Council member McGovern noted she had no issues with the information sent by <br />Council member Brozosky. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Sullivan questioned staff regarding the League resolutions and <br />whether they would be placed on a future agenda for consideration. He noted <br />that he was not comfortable with the process and did not believe he could take <br />any action at this time until further information was received. <br /> <br />City Manager Fialho noted there was time to place the item for discussion on a <br />future agenda. <br /> <br />Council member Brozosky asked about the NIMS training. <br /> <br />City Manager Fialho noted NIMS training has been scheduled and will be <br />completed by September 30. <br /> <br />8. COUNCIL REPORTS: None <br /> <br />9. CLOSED SESSION: Held at the 6:15 p.m. session. <br /> <br />10.
