CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-416 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING ALAMEDA COUNTY SOLID WASTE <br /> MANAGEMENT PLAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 15, 1987, Council reviewed <br /> the report of the City Manager (SR 87:414) regarding the <br /> Solid Waste Management Plan which prepared and adopted <br /> by the Alameda County Solid Waste Management Authority; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a majority of the cities with a majority of the County <br /> population must approve the plan within 90 days of the <br /> Authority's approval; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the Alameda County Solid Waste Management <br /> Plan as described in Staff Report 87:414, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 15, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None i/R?MERCER~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> K <br />~J~ames R~'Walker, City Clerk ~~ <br /> <br /> ~e~e~z~.'
